# Specialization Dvision

1. Users log in to the SIS website with the Super admin account.
2. On the menu bar, select the Data Dictionary => Specialization Division function to display the Specialization Division screen.

* At the Specialization Division screen, users can search, add new, edit, and delete Specialization Division.

**Add new Specialization Division** &#x20;

1. To add a new Specialization Division, users click the Add new button to display the Add new Specialization Division popup.

2. Enter Specialization Division information

* The user enters valid information into the Specialization Division ID and Specialization Division textboxes.
* After entering all information, the user clicks on the "Save" button to save the newly created information. The newly created Specialization Division information is displayed on the Specialization Division screen.

Note:

* Fields marked with "\*" cannot be left blank.

* Do not enter an existing Specialization Division ID. If the entered ID already exists, the system will display a message: "This ID already exist, please try another."

**Edit Specialization Division**&#x20;

1. To edit Specialization Division information, users need to click on the "Edit" icon, then the Edit Specialization Division popup will appear with full information of that Specialization Division.

2. Make edits to Specialization Division information. After editing, click the "Save" button to save the newly edited information.

Note:

* Do not enter an existing Specialization Division ID. If the entered ID already exists, the system will display a message: "This ID already exist, please try another."

**Delete Specialization Division**&#x20;

1. To delete Specialization Division on the Specialization Division screen, users click the "Delete" icon.
2. Clicking on the "Delete" icon will display the Delete Specialization Division popup.

3. To confirm deletion, the user clicks on the "Delete" button. Successful deletion will display the message "Delete Successfully"

4. To close the delete popup, the user clicks the "Cancel" button.
