Classroom Status

This page provides instructions for adding new, editing, viewing, and deleting Classroom Status

  1. Users log in to the SIS website with the Super Admin account

  2. On the menu bar, select the Data Dictionary => School Data function to display the Classroom Status screen

At the Classroom Status screen, users can search, add new, edit, and delete Classroom Status.

Add new Classroom Status

  1. To add a new Classroom Status , users click the Add new button to display the Add new Classroom Status popup

  1. Enter new Classroom Status information

  • User should enter valid Status ID and Status information in the textbox.

  • Then choose Save to add new data, new Classroom Status data should be displayed after saving on Classroom Status screen.

*Note:

  • Fields mark with * must not be left blank.

  • Do not enter an existing Status ID. If the entered ID already exists, the system will display a message: "This ID already exist, please try another."

Edit Classroom Status

  1. To edit Classroom Status information, users click the "Edit" icon (pencil icon), then the Edit Classroom Status will pop up and display current information

  1. Make changes in the selected classroom status. After editing, click the "Save" button to save

*Note:

  • Fields mark with * must not be left blank.

  • Do not enter an existing Status ID. If the entered ID already exists, the system will display a message: "This ID already exist, please try another."

Delete Classroom Status

  1. To delete a classroom status on the Classroom Status screen, users click the "Delete" icon (bin icon)

  2. Clicking on the "Delete" icon will display the Delete Classroom Status popup

  1. User can choose either Delete to delete selected classroom status or Cancel to do nothing and return to current screen

  1. To confirm deletion, the user clicks on the "Delete" button. Successful deletion will display the message "Delete Successfully"

  2. To close the delete popup, users click the "Cancel" button.
