Study Type

This page provides instructions for adding new, editing, and deleting Study Type

  1. Users log in to the SIS website with the Super Admin account

  2. On the menu bar, select the Data Dictionary => School Data function to display the Study Type screen

At the Study Type screen, users can search, add new, edit, and delete Study Type.

Add new Study Type

  1. To add a new Study Type, users click the Add new button to display the Add new Study Type popup

  1. Enter new Study Type information

  • User should enter valid Study Type information in the textbox.

  • Then choose Save to add new data, new Study Type data should be displayed after saving on Study Type screen

*Note:

  • Fields mark with * must not be left blank.

  • Do not enter an existing Study Type ID. If the entered ID already exists, the system will display a message: "This ID already exist, please try another."

Edit Study Type

  1. To edit Study Type information, users click the "Edit" icon (pencil icon), then the Edit Study Type will pop up and display current information

  1. Make changes in the selected school type. After editing, click the "Save" button to save

*Note:

  • Fields mark with * must not be left blank.

  • Do not enter an existing Study Type ID. If the entered ID already exists, the system will display a message: "This ID already exist, please try another."

Delete Study Type

  1. To delete a study type on the Study Type screen, users click the "Delete" icon (bin icon)

  2. Click the "Delete" icon will display the Delete Study Type popup

  1. User can choose either Delete to delete selected study type or Cancel to do nothing and return to current screen

  2. To confirm deletion, user click on the "Delete" button. Successful deletion will display the message "Delete Successfully"

  1. To close the delete popup, users click the "Cancel" button.
