# Degree

1. Users log in to the SIS website with the Super admin account.
2. On the menu bar, select the Data Dictionary => Degree function to display the Degree screen.

* At the Degree screen, users can search, add new, edit, and delete Degree.

**Add new Degree**&#x20;

1. To add a new Degree, users click the Add new button to display the Add new Degree popup.

2. Enter Degree information

* The user enters valid information into the Educational level ID and Academic title textboxes.
* After entering all information, the user clicks on the "Save" button to save the newly created information. The newly created Degree information is displayed on the Degree screen.

Note:

* Fields marked with "\*" cannot be left blank.

* Do not enter an existing Educational level ID. If the entered ID already exists, the system will display a message: "This ID already exist, please try another."

**Edit Degree**&#x20;

1. To edit Degree information, users need to click on the "Edit" icon, then the Edit Degree popup will appear with full information of that Degree.

2. Make edits to Degree information. After editing, click the "Save" button to save the newly edited information.

**Delete Degree**&#x20;

1. To delete Degree on the Degree, users click the "Delete" icon.
2. Clicking on the "Delete" icon will display the Delete Degree popup.

3. To confirm deletion, the user clicks on the "Delete" button. Successful deletion will display the message "Delete Successfully"

4. To close the delete popup, the user clicks the "Cancel" button.
