Teacher Type

This page provides instructions for adding new, editing, and deleting Teacher Type.

  1. Users log in to the SIS website with the Super admin account.

  2. On the menu bar, select the Data Dictionary => Teacher Type function to display the Teacher Type screen.

  • At the Teacher Type screen, users can search, add new, edit, and delete Teacher Type.

Add new Teacher Type

  1. To add a new Teacher Type, users click the Add new button to display the Add new Teacher Type popup.

  1. Enter Teacher Type information

  • The user enters valid information into the Teacher Type ID and Teacher Type textboxes.

  • After entering all information, the user clicks on the "Save" button to save the newly created information. The newly created Teacher Type information is displayed on the Teacher Type screen.

Note:

  • Fields marked with "*" cannot be left blank.

  • Do not enter an existing Teacher Type ID. If the entered ID already exists, the system will display a message: "This ID already exist, please try another."

Edit Teacher Type

  1. To edit Teacher Type information, users need to click on the "Edit" icon, then the Edit Teacher Type popup will appear with full information of that Teacher Type.

  1. Make edits to Teacher Type information. After editing, click the "Save" button to save the newly edited information.

Note:

  • Fields marked with "*" cannot be left blank.

  • Do not enter an existing Teacher Type ID. If the entered ID already exists, the system will display a message: "This ID already exist, please try another."

Delete Teacher Type

  1. To delete Teacher Type on the Teacher Type, users click the "Delete" icon.

  2. Clicking on the "Delete" icon will display the Delete Teacher Type popup.

  1. To confirm deletion, the user clicks on the "Delete" button. Successful deletion will display the message "Delete Successfully"

  1. To close the delete popup, the user clicks the "Cancel" button.
