Position
This page provides instructions for adding new, editing, and deleting Position.
Users log in to the SIS website with the Super admin account.
On the menu bar, select the Data Dictionary => Position function to display the Position screen.

At the Position screen, users can search, add new, edit, and delete Position.

Add new Position
To add a new Position, users click the Add new button to display the Add new Position popup.


Enter Position information
The user enters valid information into the Position ID, Position and Decrease periods textboxes.
After entering all information, the user clicks on the "Save" button to save the newly created information. The newly created Position information is displayed on the Position screen.
Note:
Only numbers can be entered in the Decrease periods textbox.
Fields marked with "*" cannot be left blank.

Do not enter an existing Position ID. If the entered ID already exists, the system will display a message: "This ID already exist, please try another."

Edit Position
To edit Position information, users need to click on the "Edit" icon, then the Edit Position popup will appear with full information of that Position.


Make edits to Position information. After editing, click the "Save" button to save the newly edited information
Note:

Do not enter an existing Position ID. If the entered ID already exists, the system will display a message: "This ID already exist, please try another."

Delete Position
To delete Position on the Position screen, users click the "Delete" icon.
Clicking on the "Delete" icon will display the Delete Position popup.

To confirm deletion, the user clicks on the "Delete" button. Successful deletion will display the message "Delete Successfully"

To close the delete popup, the user clicks the "Cancel" button.
