# Area
This page provides instructions for adding new, editing, and deleting Area
1. Users log in to the SIS website with the Super admin account.
2. On the menu bar, select the Data Dictionary => Area function to display the Area screen.
* At the Village screen, users can search, add new, edit, and delete Village.
**Add new Village**
1. To add a new Village, users click the Add new button to display the Add new Village popup.
2. Enter Village information
* The user enters valid information into the Village ID and Village textboxes.
* After entering all information, the user clicks on the "Save" button to save the newly created information. The newly created nation information is displayed on the Nation screen.
Note:
* Fields marked with "\*" cannot be left blank.
* Do not enter an existing Village ID. If the entered ID already exists, the system will display a message: "This ID already exist, please try another."
**Edit Village**
1. To edit Village information, users need to click on the "Edit" icon, then the Edit Village popup will appear with full information of that Village.
2. Make edits to Village information. After editing, click the "Save" button to save the newly edited information
Note:
* Fields marked with "\*" cannot be left blank.
* Do not enter an existing Village ID. If the entered ID already exists, the system will display a message: "This ID already exist, please try another."
**Delete Village**
1. To delete Village on the Village screen, users click the "Delete" icon.
2. Clicking on the "Delete" icon will display the Delete Village popup.
3. To confirm deletion, the user clicks on the "Delete" button. Successful deletion will display the message "Delete Successfully."
4. To close the delete popup, the user clicks the "Cancel" button.
