Characteristics
This page provides instructions for adding new, editing, and deleting Characteristics.
Users log in to the SIS website with the Super admin account.
On the menu bar, select the Data Dictionary => Select Student Data => Characteristics function to display the Characteristics screen.

At the Characteristics screen, users can search, add new, edit, and delete Characteristics.

Add new Characteristics
To add a new Characteristics, users click the Add new button to display the Add new Characteristics popup.


Enter Characteristics information
The user enters valid information into the Characteristics ID, Characteristics textboxes.
After entering all information, the user clicks on the "Save" button to save the newly created information. The newly created Characteristics information is displayed on the Characteristics screen.
Note:
Fields marked with "*" cannot be left blank.

Do not enter an existing Characteristics ID. If the entered ID already exists, the system will display a message: "This ID already exist, please try another."

Edit Characteristics
To edit Characteristics information, users need to click on the "Edit" icon, then the Edit Characteristics popup will appear with full information of that Characteristics.


Make edits to Characteristics information. After editing, click the "Save" button to save the newly edited information

Delete Characteristics
To delete Characteristics on the Characteristics screen, users click the "Delete" icon.
Clicking on the "Delete" icon will display the Delete Characteristics popup.

To confirm deletion, the user clicks on the "Delete" button. Successful deletion will display the message "Delete Successfully"

To close the delete popup, the user clicks the "Cancel" button.
